The Shredder Company is equipped with the most skilled personnel and the most appropriate equipment to deliver the lowest cost per component.

Pattern Shop

  • Equipped to design and build new patterns from drawings or samples and moreover this is a lot of text  

  • Builds tooling, including patterns and core boxes for oil field, mining, marine, and other industrial applications



Metallurgical Lab Facility

       

  • Conducts quantitative and qualitative analysis of ferrous and non-ferrous metals

  • Processes molding sands to assure quality castings

  • Uses testing methods recognized by the American Foundry Society and in accordance with ASTM standards





Foundry

  • Consists of both green sand and air set molding sands to meet the most


  • Electric arc furnaces of up to 8 tons per heat capacity


  • Water quench facilities for production of high strength steels and abrasion or corrosion resistant alloys


Manufacturing
In addition to having one of the best foundries in the industry, we also utilize a top-end machine shop.
