Foundry

Full on-site foundry at our location in Canutillo (El Paso,) Texas.
Consists of both green sand and air set molding sands to meet the most rigorous quality standards we set.
Our electric arc furnaces have of up to 8 tons per heat capacity.
Full water quench facilities for production of high strength steels and abrasion or corrosion resistant alloys.

Finishing

Wear parts and Shredder components alike are carefully finished by hand to ensure quality and durability.
Parts undergo several passes of inspection before being palletized and shipped.
Finishing personnel have the experience and understanding of fabrication which allows them to properly perform quality assurance and refinement of wear parts and Shredder components.

Wear-Parts

The end result of our careful design and experience, our broad catalogue of replacement wear parts will keep your Shredder running at its peak.
High-grade manganese and alloy hammers, grates, side-liners, breaker bars, and more.
Careful design and inspection by our metallurgy department ensures our parts wear well over time, rather than simply failing abruptly.

Assembly

Our manufacturing division is composed of an efficient, effective crew with a solid understanding of the entire assembly process, from beginning to end.
Without a capable assembly crew, all the work invested in the manufacture of a Shredder is meaningless.
